Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
